If you use your body in the mirror, two things happen. Firstly, you can see the body of the physical structure, its size, shape, texture, curves and nuances - large and small. Then comes the difficult part is to control - the thoughts and comments, tourbillonnent over our heads on the body in the mirror. Oh man, these problems!
It is a general rule, at this point, though most of us in our bodies and we do consult for the flat stomach, thighs and buttocks or a form or high chest and biceps that many of us desire. But these thoughts are not only emotional blows on the psyche. For nearly 60 per cent of women and over 40 per cent of men in the USA, they are constant barrages of hatred and self-sufficiency in horror. They are set out, rotate and distort the reality of our perceptions on the body and its capacity, and hence the conviction that we have our value as human beings.
Here, where the risk of becoming more zwanghafte thoughts. The depression and anxiety invade our daily lives, limit and even atrophying, social, professional, personal, physical and sexual development. More worrying is that not less than 10 million women, and perhaps more than one million men develop eating disorders, which is approximately 50000 deaths annually from this devastating disease.
The children aged six to express the unhappiness of their appearance, while other studies show that most girls in the fourth category are veterans of the regime. Thanks to the high school, one in five young women taking pills regime, or use of laxatives, diuretics, fasting and vomiting to achieve the “ideal” of the image. More than say, an increasing number of women and girls is the fear of dying as fat. About 50 percent of women and 30% of men smoke, they say do it, so that they can balance their own.
So where is this phenomenon? The media are a force with which one must count, of course. Most models in fashion magazines and runways are now 23 to 25% thinner than the average American woman, and all imperfections are digitally airbrushed before publication, more perfect breasts, thighs, hips and buttocks.
And these are the opinions of parents, family and colleagues, that strengthening the idea that fat is sin on the basis of their own negative self-evident. It is a stronger culture of the media cycle, that the message is to determine the success, thin and beautiful is equal. Then there are other traumas of childhood, teasing the sad yet, inevitably, that the mandatory age of each experiment, really terrible that instances of physical and sexual abuse, where hatred and delineation body.
